A 30% restocking fee will be applied on all hardware except for operators, which are non-returnable.
If you feel the replacement part is defective, a photograph and description of the defect is required and should be emailed to returns@hurdreplacementparts.com upon receiving the product. We must be notified of the defective product within 24 hours of customer receipt.
Sashes, full window units, door panels, screens, grilles/mullions and balance assemblies are made to order and are therefore non-returnable.
If a credit card is used for payment and the order is cancelled, a 3% processing fee will be subtracted from the refund.
All returns must be pre-approved and have an RGA#. Any item returned to our facility without an RGA# associated with it will not be processed. Please include a copy of the RGA# inside the return package.
If an item is inspected upon return to our facility and is found to be damaged beyond a "sellable as new" state, a refund may no longer be applicable.

All freight & shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the customer.
An RGA# will only be issued up to 30 days from the date of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this time for any reason.
All orders that require a signature for specifications are final. Once a signature is received, the order will be processed as outlined on the specifications and cannot be cancelled. Returns and/or refunds will not be processed for these items for any reason.
Return Item Conditions
If an RGA has been issued for your order, the item must be returned to our facility in the following condition: In the original packaging that it was received in. The packaging must have no tears, non-original tape or writing on it. The item must be packaged in the same manor that it was received. For example: If the item was shipped to you wrapped in bubble wrap, cling wrap or paper, it must be returned packaged in the same way. The item must be secured within its packaging in a manner that prevents it from shifting within the packaging during return shipping. Any damages incurred during return shipping are the sole responsibility of the shipper (customer). We do not have the ability to file a claim through any shipper on your behalf.
If it appears that the item has been damaged in any way and is no longer in sellable-as-new condition, you may no longer qualify for a refund. This includes but is not limited to damages incurred during customer attempts to install the product, damages incurred during the return shipping of the product or damages incurred at any point while the customer was in possession of the product.
Expect between 4-5 weeks for delivery - most parts and accessories.
